In today’s fast-paced world, many of us struggle with the weight of accumulated stress — whether from meeting work demands, experiencing emotional and physical exhaustion, or navigating personal and relationship challenges that often intensify during such times. With rising expectations and little time to recharge, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally drained.

Manage The Overwhelm   is a 4-week programme featuring

a research-informed approach to stress management developed by HPCSA Registered Counsellor Yvette Smit. This programme draws on best practices from established psychological models, and provides practical tools and personalised support to regain emotional balance and face life’s challenges with renewed confidence and calm.

Manage The Overwhelm   takes place online or in-person over a four week period. Throughout the programme, participants will attend a weekly 90-minute group psychoeducation session and separate 60-minute individual counselling session. This structure offers a blend of confidential, supportive group interaction with personalised, private exploration.

Manage The Overwhelm   is designed to empower and equip you with valuable, sustainable life skills and practical tools that will support you well into the future. Over four weeks, you’ll gain insight and skills that can have a lasting impact on your life.

The all-inclusive cost for the programme is R3,950, which may be reimbursable through medical aid savings if applicable.
